We believe in providing a range of residential experiences for children across their time at primary school to support their confidence and independence.

Y2 overnight trip

April 2024

Our Year Two pupils will take part in a short residential trip  after the February half term break to experience staying away from home for a night with their friends and teachers . It`s really good for their confidence and independence. The children have a wonderful time - take a look at the photographs from our previous visits in our Gallery section.

 

Great Potheridge, Devon

September 2023

Every other year, Golden Eagle Class (Years 5 & 6) visit Great Potheridge House in North Devon on their residential week at the beginning of the school year. They take part in a wide range of outdoor adventure activities such as a night walk, river scrambling on Dartmoor, tree abseiling, archery, raft building and kayaking and have a thoroughly brilliant time doing lots of exciting activities. Brecon, Wales

May 2024

Every other year, Buzzard Class have  a residential trip. The class will be taking part in a residential trip to Brecon in Wales at the end of May. The Year 3 & 4 children will enjoy a 3 day/2 night trip to stay at Danywenallt youth hostel in a beautiful location near Talybont. They will have the opportunity to take part in some excellent outdoor activities and experience many different types of wildlife whilst they are there.
