After School Club
After School Club has been running since September 2013 and provides high quality care for the pupils of Chew Magna Primary School at the end of the school day between 3.20-6.00pm. Our After School Club is run by After School Club leader, Mrs Heather Harmer, together with Mrs Christina Dilger and Mrs Melissa Langdon.
The club’s purpose is to give parents a safe, secure facility where they can leave their child/ren, confident they will be in safe hands.
We aim to offer an exciting variety of interesting activities with an emphasis on the outdoors wherever possible.
After School Club operates from the school hall. We have spaces available for 20 children at the club. The club runs Monday to Thursday from 3.20pm until 6.00pm and on Friday until 4.30pm. The club is operational during term time only.
The After School Club runs independently from the main school building using the hall, disabled toilet and playground and school field.
The main school building and teachers will not be available during After School Club hours.
After School Club aims to offer a safe, secure environment with fun activities, a healthy snack to keep them going until 6.00pm. Children can bring a packed tea if they are staying til 6.00pm.
